Saturday, Dec. 2, 5:30 p.m. - "OKC Metro" on OETA (PBS) Weekly in December on Cox Channel 20, "OKC Mayor's Show" (just look for the channel with the live shots of skating at Bicentennial Park)
I don't know if you've received recent my e-mails but, not having replies and so that you will know, since I don't have your express persmission to us Horton's pic, I am deleting those references/pics in my Oklahoma Rising flash file so what when others who have expressed an interest in using/posting my flash file that (using Horton's pic) won't be an issue, just so that you'd know. Please let me know if the status re the Horton pic changes. As for now, I'm assuming that it's a "no go (to use the pic)," unless I hear from you differently. This change will be accomplished very quickly.
Hope that book sales are going well ... I've yet to find a better book on OKC history, and love it to pieces, and I recommend it MOST highly to everyone that rubs elbows with me. What a great book you guys did!
We started this site as a way to promote our first publication, "OKC Second Time Around." In just one year, the title saw the first printing of 2,000 copies sell out, with a second printing of 1,000 copies to follow. With more publications coming in future months, we're now blogging about OKC history in general, with more in-depth offerings to be found at our sister web site, www.okchistory.com.

After traveling the world I joined The Peabody as executive sous chef. I then was invited to help reopen the historic Skirvin Hilton Hotel as its executive chef.
I am now the Vice President of Culinary Operations for Williams Associates Hospitality, LLC.
